The name’s Mary , My story is of a girl who was always the skinny one, but when I started college things began to change. I put on alot of weight. I finally reached my reached my target weight 6 months ago and now I am working on eating and fitness plans to make losing and maintaining weight loss easier and tastier . It is not an easy struggle to lose and maintain weight loss but it is one that is most certainly worth it! On this website I will be posting tips to help you reach your target weight. I also have created a 7 day plain as a plateau for your weight loss at a cost of 7 euro.
