, My story is of a girl who was always the skinny one, but when I started college things began to change. I put on alot of weight. I finally reached my reached my target weight 6 months ago and now I am working on eating and fitness plans to make losing and maintaining weight loss easier and tastier . It is not an easy struggle to lose and maintain weight loss but it is one that is most certainly worth it! On this website I will be posting tips to help you reach your target weight. I also have created a 7 day plain as a plateau for your weight loss at a cost of 7 euro. On this plan you should expect to lose anywhere between 5-7 pounds in a week depending on your original weight. If you have any questions pleas feel free to comment/message or email me on marywalsh06@hotmail.comPost with 2 notes
Don’t confuse thirst with hunger. Drink a glass of water when you feel hungry to see if that’s what you’re really craving.

Clean your closet of the “fat” clothes. Once you’ve reached your target weight, throw out or give away every piece of clothing that doesn’t fit. The idea of having to buy a whole new wardrobe if you gain the weight back will serve as a strong incentive to maintain your new figure.

Walk for 45 minutes a day. The reason we’re suggesting 45 minutes instead of the typical 30 is that a Duke University study found that while 30 minutes of daily walking is enough to prevent weight gain in most relatively sedentary people, exercise beyond 30 minutes results in weight and fat loss. Burning an additional 300 calories a day with three miles of brisk walking (45 minutes should do it) could help you lose 30 pounds in a year without even changing how much you’re eating.
The 7 day challenge :)

I cut up a whole watermelon and leave it in the fridge to snack on over a few days. it is sweet, juicy, yummy and filling. it really has helped me because when i go to the fridge looking for something when i see the watermelon it stops me having something more calorie laden. having it handy so that it is just as easy to eat as a biscuit or whatever makes the world of difference. eating at night time is my downfall too. i cant just not eat at night so i allow for it in my daily eating. i have those 97%fat free rice crackers and/or fruit or air popped popcorn. for me i just cant not eat at night time. i find i dont sleep very well if i go from dinner time to breakfast without anything. although we do eat dinner very early (around 5.30) because we like to eat with the kids. i think it is best to know your weaknesses and try to work around them. also, i dont think it can be said too many times - drinking water makes all the difference.
